In the heart of Torre del Greco, a city that symbolizes tradition and artisanal mastery tied to the sea, the Precious Sea Summit is born, an annual event that aims to become the international point of reference for all stakeholders involved in the world of precious organic materials of marine origin.

Coral, mother-of-pearl, cameos, shells, natural and cultured pearls: every year, these treasures of the sea will be at the center of an event designed not only to enhance their beauty and economic value, but above all to foster a global dialogue, responsible and innovative, among artisans, companies, designers, researchers, institutions, sustainability experts, and sector enthusiasts.

The Summit’s main goal is to promote conscious and contemporary communication about materials rooted in history, yet looking to the future through new challenges: from traceability to the protection of marine resources, from the enhancement of ancient crafts to new applications in design and contemporary art.

Each edition will be built around a different thematic focus, with a renewed panel of speakers, designed to offer reflections that are always current and interdisciplinary. Talks, round tables, installations, exhibitions, and experiential moments will offer a rich and immersive journey, capable of uniting tradition, innovation, and sustainability.

Organized in the evocative setting of the city that more than any other embodies the culture of the sea, the Precious Sea Summit will also be an opportunity to rediscover the cultural and symbolic value of unique materials, shaped over time by water, nature, and the hand of man.
